The HCPSS Online School Payment (OSP) website is where parents are able to pay for student school activities and fees by debit or credit card online using a secure web browser at their convenience, 24 hours a day. The Mathematics Support Center helps families: 1) Gain a better understanding of their child's math program 2) Refresh or build deeper understanding of math concepts, skills, and practices 3) Provide additional support and practice opportunities for students, including free online homework help, as needed, throughout the school year.

What Your Child Will Learn guides provide an overview of the instructional program for your child's grade, as well as student goals and expectations. The guides include information to help parents monitor and support their child's progress during the school year.

If you know in advance that your child will be out for a extended or discretionary absence (non-illness), please complete this form and turn it in to the front office.

To help our staff partner with outside providers, to include your child's physician, therapist, tutor, etc., please take a moment to complete this form and send it in to our front office. Additionally, if you would like a staff member to complete an assessment/survey on behalf of your child, this form must be completed for us to share any information.
This form is used when sending a transcript and/or academic rating scales (For example: Students applying to private school who need to send a transcript or require academic ratings for admissions)

Arbor Terrace Fulton is an assisted living and memory care community for seniors in Fulton, Maryland. In an ongoing partnership with FES they have exchanged Valentines greetings with the first grade and are working to establish a pen pal system with our students. Additionally, Arbor Terrace offers rehearsal space for chorus.
Howard County Public Library partners with Howard County schools to facilitate access to and use of Howard County Libraries, encourage reading, and support academic achievement for our students.
Lib's Grill is a neighborhood grill & raw bar who has supported our staff appreciation endeavors.
In collaboration with the Maple Lawn Business Association, Fulton is able to provide real world business experiences that match the needs of students. They provide human and material resources, meeting spaces, and support for educational projects and activities, among many other resources that support student achievement and school business.
Through the partnership with Owkinawan Karate Dojo, we promote wellness and healthy lifestyles among the students and staff in the school and families within the community. The Dojo collaborates with our PTA, conducts student leadership activities, and supports other school events throughout the year.
