Mrs. Albright joins Fulton Elementary as Principal after 29 years of service in the Howard County Public School System, where she has worked at Ilchester, Bellows Spring, Hollifield Station, Stevens Forest, and, most recently, Centennial Lane Elementary, where she has served as Principal since 2019. Her career spans roles as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, assistant principal, and principal.
Guided by a belief in student-centered learning, equity, and inclusivity, Mrs. Albright leads equity-focused data analysis, implements restorative practices, and elevates student voice, while also designing professional learning that strengthens culturally responsive and differentiated instruction.
She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Maryland, College Park, with research centered on systemic inequities and inclusive practices. She holds a B.A. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Towson University, an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction with Reading Specialist certification from Loyola College, and an Administration & Supervision Certificate from McDaniel College.
Outside of her role as a principal, Ms. Albright’s family is the center of her world. She lives in Howard County with her husband, Dennis, her daughters, Kailey and Gracen, and her son, Jacob. Both daughters are educators—Kailey is a third-grade classroom teacher, and Gracen serves as a special education support staff member. Her son Jacob is a rising junior in HCPSS.

Mrs. Sillers is thrilled to be part of the Fulton community and proud to be a Fulton Falcon! She was born and raised on the Jersey Shore and attended Towson University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education. During her student teaching internships in Howard County, she discovered her passion for teaching in Maryland and decided to make it her home.
She began her teaching career at Waterloo Elementary School, where she taught second and third grade. In 2013, she had the privilege of helping open Ducketts Lane Elementary School as the second-grade Instructional Team Leader. She later served as the fifth-grade Instructional Team Leader for six years before transitioning to the Leadership Intern role at Bollman Bridge Elementary. This year marks her nineteenth year in education!
While teaching, Mrs. Sillers continued her studies at McDaniel College, earning a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Leadership. She is deeply passionate about working with children and helping them reach their greatest potential. She wholeheartedly believes that every child can succeed when given the right opportunities and supports.
Mrs. Sillers looks forward to building strong relationships with Fulton’s staff, students, and families. She is committed to working collaboratively to ensure an equitable learning environment that prioritizes social-emotional well-being and academic success for every child.
Outside of school, Mrs. Sillers enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and their two sons, Parker (11) and Griffin (7). She also loves going to the beach, traveling, cooking, watching football (Go JETS!), and crafting.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Sillers—she is excited to partner with you throughout your child’s educational journey!

Mrs. Meaghan Liwosz – Assistant Principal, Fulton Elementary School
I am so excited to begin another year as part of the Fulton Elementary community! Originally from New York, I moved to Maryland after graduating from Loyola College with a degree in Elementary Education and later earned my Master’s in Special Education. My passion for leadership led me to McDaniel College, where I focused on School Leadership.
This year marks my 19th year serving in Howard County Public Schools. Over the years, I have taught both first and third grade at Atholton Elementary and Ducketts Lane Elementary. I also worked as a Title I teacher, supporting students in reading and math interventions. Before joining Fulton Elementary as one of your assistant principals, I had the privilege of serving as a leadership intern at Veterans Elementary.
I believe deeply that every child can learn and thrive when given a nurturing environment that highlights their strengths and unique abilities. At Fulton, I look forward to building strong relationships with our staff, students, and families as we work together to create a school community centered on well-being and academic success.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Chris, and our two children, Harper and Aidan. As a family, we love traveling to visit relatives and friends, spending time at the beach, and enjoying the outdoors.
Please know that I am here for you and your family. Do not hesitate to reach out by phone or email—I look forward to connecting with you!
